ZIZ-BIKE (PENTAGON)
ZIZ-Technology has developed a pentagonal wheel innovation which runs as smoothly as a wheel equiped by a remarkably bigger radius. SMOOTHLY RUNNING PENTAGON! ZIZ-Technology has developed a pentagonal wheel innovation which runs as smoothly as a wheel equiped by a remarkably bigger radius. 
A smooth running requires that the distance between wheel's axel and surface remain constant. A definite requirement so is the control of a pentagon which is in a vertical and rotation motion, and transfer of the power which is moving onward taking power to the pentagon. A basic application of the ZiZ-technology is to artificially change the radius of the wheel using components of circle's curve which have been taken from e.g. a 80-cm wheel and by putting them to act as the sides of a pentagon which is working as a wheel. The diameter of the pentagon is e.g. 35 cm. 
Deviations of the corners of the polygon from the round form are corrected by a reversed ring which is located in the centre of the pentagon. A part of the construction is a twisting dowel (fit with a bearing) which changes its place in a long notch. Because the motion of the pentagon is both rotating and vertical, are the stages of the second half-rotation mirror images of the first half-rotation. The eccentric feature is so all the time changing in limits of the long notch. Treading of the wheel is even as the distance of the wheel's axel to the twisting point is always same. A 35-cm wheel equiped by the ZIZ-technology runs as smoothly as a 80 cm wheel. |

Patent pendings have been applied for the construction of the wheel and the ZIZ-Hub innovation using ZIZ-technology. 
PRODUCTION ZIZ-Technology is using simple, durable and economic production solutions. Materials are of standard components when possible. The production costs of the ZIZ-Bike have a clear price advantage compared to the standard bikes. ZIZ-Technology OU does not offer the final product design, but will recommend to use top class designers. LOGISTICS When developing the ZIZ-products also the size of the product packages will be minimized. The packages shall be transported to the end user without opening the packings. ZIZ-BIKE
The ZIZ-Bike can be assembled by bayonet catches, which means that the product packing is small and the end user can by some simple movments fix the bike together. 
ZIZ-HUB 
In a ZIZ-Bike free fulcrum, brakes and speeds locate in the bike's hub on a pedal axel. Instead of traditional chain an encased cogged belt is used. This method gives several advantages. OTHER ZIZ-PRODUCTS The ZIZ-innovation does not limit for the use a pentagon only. The number of corners can freely be selected up to a full circle (in which case we loose the benefits of this technology). Pushchair can be equiped by the ZIZ-technology. 
Because the area of the wheel touching the driving surface enlarges in the same ratio with the growth of the radius, the carrying capacity of the driving surface enlarges and so the ZIZ-technology can be applied also in heavy machines (e.g. tractors, forest machines, trailers). The basic idea of this kind of wheel is coming closer to the action of a chain track. |
